This history of word of mouth... um... I don't think you can really have a history of that... tracking it seems impossible.

I have to agree with Manhattan. I really don't think there could be a proven track record for "the history of word of mouth". It's very loose term and an even more loosely practice. But the webinar sure sounds interesting.
