Urban Villages in Las Vegas

My friend Sue has moved to Las Vegas and is working as a dealer at a casino there. She makes good money and is thinking of purchasing one of the many Las Vegas Luxury Condos that are being built there. She said that they are called urban villages because everything you need is contained in these condominium complexes.
