I've been wondering what to do when someone leaves a comment. Is it better to reply to their comment at the posted site or to reply through an email to them? Or perhaps both actions would be more appropriate?

@anon - I answer on the blog. That way, when the people come back, they find their answer. Some people do the email thing, but I do not like to get more email. If you are going to email, then give the people a way to opt out.
