A recent survey by Compete, found online shoppers use coupons, too. I think saving money, no matter our budget, satisfies an atavistic urge in all of us. Give us our coupons.
Coupons Are Good For the Bottom Line (Compete, June 2010)
One-third of online shoppers surveyed in the latest Online Shopper Intelligence™ survey said they generally use coupon sites while shopping online. In fact, 35 million consumers visited coupon sites in April 2010, up 5 percent from the year prior.In response to the question "If you did not have a coupon, would you have made a purchase..." respondents answered:

- Yes...43%
- With coupon... $216
- No coupon... $122
- With coupon 92% Extremely or Very Satisfied
- No coupon 88%
- With coupon 91%
- No coupon 86%
