Search engine marketing to become more complicated

Brad Bostic, co-founder of next-generation search firm ChaCha argues that truly personalized targeting of search users cannot be based on algorithm, but requires a new emphasis on the human side of the search interaction.

While I know the personal touch is always a good idea, I just cannot see how this is going to work. Will a little chat box popup with your search engine results? Hopefully, it will NOT be one of the virtual characters.
