We finally made it to Florida. We started the day after Christmas and arrived on January 6. We drove through Louisiana, Mississippi, Alabama and down through the panhandle of Florida. At best, I had sporadic Internet access for weeks. You know what? YOU can live without Internet. It is actually relaxing.We are now in Crystal River, Florida. We remain here until the first of February and then we work our way back to Texas. This blog will not see much action, but know this: I am living my dream of swimming with the Manatees.

It was great that you will be relaxing till Feb. But I'm surprised to hear that you are living without Internet. How is it possible in this modern world!?. If you are not aware of Internet, its not an issue If not how come? I'll never go places where I don't get internet access.

Sounds like you have an awesome trip planned. I try to tell my husband its ok to go without internet but he would be climbing the walls.
May 2010 be the year of resolve to restart,rebound and get back to our feet like we were before the crises. We have suffered and some of us have suffered more than enough. Let not allow this to happen in future.
